Black Cyber Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Every item purchased during the giveaway period qualifies for an entry.  (cancelled or returned items will remove their entry from the giveaway)
2. The giveaway event starts at 12:01am Friday 11/24 and runs through 11:59pm Monday 11/27.
3. The Winner will be selected randomly and notified via email.
4. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Olive Ave the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old to be eligible.
7. Olive Ave is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur.
8. In no event shall Olive Ave be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of this giveaway.
9. Olive Ave reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the giveaway.
