Refund policy

At Olive Ave, our biggest goal is to serve our beautiful customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better!

Return Process:

  1. Make sure your order is eligible for return (see Rules below)
  2. Click HERE to start your return. You will need the email address used to place your order. 
  3. Reuse the clear garment bag your item came in, including SKU stickers and tags.

Returns Information And Guidelines

Here are our simple rules and procedures for returns:

    • A return can be requested within 7 days of item delivery (per shippers tracking).
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Need help with shipping? We can send you a return shipping label at reduced shipping rates.
    • Clearance items, Jewelry and Swimwear are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 
    • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and in the original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
    • Include the Return Authorization number. If your return authorization number is not included, your return can be delayed or rejected.  
    • Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval.  

      Once the returned item is received, your refund will be submitted. 

How to Submit a Return Request

  • Log in to your account by entering your email address.  Open the email sent from Olive Ave to receive your 6-digit verification code.  Enter the code to proceed with the process.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for then select the item(s) you want to return
  • Select a return reason and add a note for our staff.
  • Click Request Return.
  • Once a return request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with a return authorization number to include in the return package.
  • If you requested a shipping label from us, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the return shipping label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Swimwear, Jewelry, Clearance Items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds and will not have a Return Request button.  Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.  These items are Final Sale.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  There is a 7 day window to request a return. We will work to make sure you get a high quality, correct item if there is any damage or issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can issue store credit for a return if you would like to make an exchange. If you need help please feel free to reach out, we can help make the exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected.  Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, minus any requested shipping labels. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@myoliveave.com.
